Additional Costs & Travel Insurance
The trip is all-inclusive. Students will only be responsible for payment of personal expenses, extra snacks and souvenirs, or emergency expenses. The only additional expense that is not included is travel insurance.
For all students on Atlas Workshops programs, we will purchase a student travel protection plan that covers standard issues once the trip begins. This plan DOES NOT include travel insurance for cancellation before departure. If you would like to purchase travel insurance we will share information to purchase plans for between $100-200 dollars per student depending on the terms of the insurance and if you want Cancel for Any Reason coverage. This insurance information will be shared with students once they are enrolled in the program.
